In this program you will have fun developing films and making your own prints. This course is designed for film camera owners who are wishing to explore the use of Black and White as a means of expression.
Some of the many topics covered in this course are as follows :
* Visualising in Black and White
* Studying image tonal range.
* Improving composition
* Film types, their proper usage.
* Negative Processing Faults.
* Setting up a home darkroom.
Practical darkroom sessions aimed at giving students “hands” on experience in the following areas :
* Correct use of Darkroom Equipment
* Film Processing
* Photograms
* Contact Printing
* Print Enlarging
* Chemical Safety
* Chemical Mixing Procedures
The program runs for one week and is comprised of five two hour sessions running from Monday to Friday.There are only 12 places in this course.
